I have Ghosts menus, but not sure if they work, does anyone have a legit menu/mods that i could have, and help me download them?
i need to know where to save the menus/mods on my jtag?

Can I host a lobby offline to see if I like the menu or can you only load the mods up online?

You can use them in system link, being online isn't needed.
