only way i can think of is put toothpaste on it, and the toothpaste will sink into the scratch and dry, (it has to be a paste, not gel) andthen wipe off the remaining toothpaste on the non scratched part, (but leave the toothpaste in the scratch) and try it

Get a small bit of toothpaste and dab it with a soft cloth onto the disc, leave it to dry for 5-10 minutes, and then wipe with a towel or something then your disc should work fine!

I'm not sure if that toothpaste way works but I once just used polish on a small scratch and sat there for a hour just doing little circles over scratch and it worked. But it does take a while

Most movie stores and game stores carry a machine that cleans scratched disks. They can resurface the disc for you for a small fee.
