If anyone can link me to a joy stick under 50gbp that will do good in battlefield and arma

I don't see why you need a joystick, if the controls are bad, the controls are bad. M+KB is the way to go, but if you insist...

The Logitech Extreme 3D Pro probably has the best reviews out of the sticks that I've seen.

Yeah, I don't recommend getting a joystick for any Battlefield game.

Are you getting it for all the time playing or for piloting only?

I can't recommend getting physical controls for games like Battlefield and ArmA.

Either way, the only joystick I can recommend is a Saitek X65F, since it's the only one I have extensive experience with, but it's considerably more than 50GBP.
