Does anyone know how to get to the park from in game in my career xb1

Go to mycarrer after you finish a game you will go on your way to arena. While heading to the game press B then go to park. After that you will be in the park. Go to a court of your choice. There will be 3 circles on two sides. Stand on one of them until the game is over. You should be in the game. If you win the blacktop game you will stay on the court. If you keep winning you will still stay on the court. But , if you lose you will get kicked off the court and be forced to find another court.

I mean like from in a game cause my career keeps crashing so I can't finish the game

I don't know I won't have an xbox one til christmas. Maybe save and exit the game or just exit the game.
