If you know that you do not want to touch it for 3 years there are some banks that do a deal that if you do not touch that money while it is in their bank for 3 years then the Intrest is about 3-4%

May sound stupid, but this may work...

Buy job lots/bulk of things. You can easily get a job lot of items for half the price, and sell them on for profit!

That's a very cheap example, but you get the point.

Basically, buy in bulk, sell each for profit! It's worked for me before!
