Will my profiles get banned if my Jtag gets banned? If yes can is there a program that can prevent this? I will pay for one.

No there is not a program that will prevent your profile from being banned. And yes if your caught on that profile at the time of your jtag getting banned, there's a high chance that that profile is going to be banned as well.

I believe the xblse turns off before your console is banned so there will be no account ban but that doesnt change the fact that people may have reported you not %100 sure though.
