There is really no true place to buy legitimate private console IDs so your best bet is just using public IDs. Most people saying they sell privates are straight up lying.

I recently purchased a private console id from this seller I would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to buy private console ids with matching Psid.
Cost is about about $50 through PayPal well worth it in my opinion, I still haven't been banned.

I don't know if this is legit, but they have public cid's and you can get a private one there to, (im not to sure if its legit) consoleid.com
