The Alphabetical Index is stumping me too, idk if we have to use an extra number or anything but im not catching it.

Okay so I realized I messed up big time. With alphabetical index you shift the alphabet and each letter gets a number. Then after that cipher you were to use the Caesar cipher. This shifts everything in the opposite direction. So it wouldn't have worked. I have made a new code that I decoded 3 times so I know it works sorry for the inconvenience. Let the Decoding begin
