Loads of people are having same problem. It seems to be in the "Day One" Edition of the Xbox One. It is apparently something with the wiring, I don't know how to fix this though sorry.

this is a first i am hearing of this. could be just faulty batteries or controller. i really doubt its the console itself. contact microsoft and tell them your problem.

Kinda frustrated, dunno what to do tbh...

That happened to me once, i changed the batteries and it worked fine. Try replacing batteries then disconnecting it, then reconnecting it.

Tried that too. i even bought a play and charge kit a couple of mins ago, came in, and it connected then kept disconnecting, but if i plug in the cable to the controller, it worked.Hopefully someone will know how to help

The obvious thing would be to contact microsoft and send it back to them, they might replace it for you

Will the new update maybe fix it? Because it says:

"Updated wireless networking driver to improve connectivity issues for some users"

So idk, anyone know?

It may just be the batteries, I was having this problem with my controller. So I ditched the batteries it came with got new ones and its fixed the problem. The batteries that are provided with the xobx one die really quickly.

I tried them already,and i bought a play a charge kit, if its in the plug it doesn't. And when i disconnect from plug, It then disconnects and connects again.
