What level are you? If you are level 25 you can do this mission potshot for 7,000 money each time and 1.3-5k rp, if you are level 36+ try the missions coveted it gives you 12k money each time and around 2k xp if you are not these levels yet I suggest ranking up first by stealing military jets and getting 4 star wanted levels then escaping them, if you don't know how to get into the military base yet look it up on YouTube there are so many tutorials. Hope this helped
