Alright so I was investigating the top of my xbox one for damage because my cat frequently jumps on top of it to get to the back window in my room. Well as my cat is very young and doesnt weigh much I figured it would be fine. Well one scratch later I was like **** that. So i stuck a game informer magazine on it to keep his claws from touching it. Well that was a horrible idea. after just 5minutes of having it on their there were multiple scratches on the top Black slick part.
If you don't like a shit ton of mini scratches don't put a game informer or any other magazine on ur xbox one e.ea

How would a magazine scratch your Xbox???

Anyway, you're right, the gloss finish is really prone to scratches and fingerprints.

You might want to keep it away from your Cat.

It's not that easy they don't speak english and my cat can open my door while I'm not here.

Well maybe it's because an Xbox One wasn't meant to be climbed on by cats ? :3

My professional examination of the situation pins the cat as the culprit, not the magazine.
