well i suppose it dependds what you use but if using vb basic then prbably be able to make one in 1 hour but if not deffinatly 2. considering there is a web browser object, you just add that and some buttons to control it. you could also add historyn favourites,
combo-search bar etc.

True, I'm Coding The Web browser In VB But I'm Taking Like a week
and its barely on alpha

it depends on the knowledge you know in vb
also you need to fix common bugs

i know you can just add a couple of buttons and call it a web browser
but That not the thing

you need to add creativity to your work you need to do something that no one have done b4
therefore taking up to like 1-3 weeks even 1-3 months to become in alpha

then let the community deside on how the project will end
