So the new dashboard came out and I get on and press download but it won't work. I have tried multiple times but it won't download. Can anyone please help me?

I have the same problem. My Xbox tries to download it, then turns off and restarts saying that it failed. I'm just waiting on them to release the update online. Once they do that you download it and put it on a USB, then boom, it updates

I think there was an error up on xbox.com about people having that problem. I am not sure if it was resolved or, try resetting you router!
