Are you worried about RTM's stealing your console id?


Step one

open firewall with advanced security


Step Two

click outbound rules like this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Then click new rule: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


Step Three

Then click program and then next like so: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


Step Four

Now click browse and find your RTM like so: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


Step Five

Now you want to block the connection and next. Then make sure all 3 are checked on next page like so: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]


Finial!

Name it whatever you'd like!: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
