Hey TTG,
This glitch is exactly the same as the cargo bob glitch (-viperr already has videos up of how to do it so check him out) instead of putting the number for the cargo bob put details 1 then search and it will allow you to buy it.
You'll also need enough money to buy the tank. This is very easy to do. Thanks and goodbye
