There's like 100 posts asking about this, so i might as well make it clear for everyone with questions.
YOU DO NOT update your rgh/jtag console. DO NOT!
This goes for any future updates.
Updating your console through the dashboard will cause your system to brick or get banned..... or both.
Just wait till the updated files are released then run them through your jrunnner. That's it.
End of discussion.

old jtags(smc hacked consoles) will get fuses blown and be bricked. same as every update. rgh or r-jtag consoles won't be bricked, you just need to flash back your old nand.
banned? if your online to get the update you have as much of a chance to get banned as you normally would

i have an R-JTAG falcon if i copy the original nand, update and what? i thought you cant update anyway??

It's much, much easier to just wait for the XeBuild for the current dash.
It's already been said XBLS time is paused until it comes out.
