When I plug my ethernet cable into my laptop and xbox I disconnect from xbox live and cannot connect I have tried everything someone please help!

Host a connection test, it does it.

I don't understand?

You plugged your eithernet cable into your laptop then plugged it into the cable.

There's your problem, Plug your eithernet cable to your router/modem then your xbox.

I'm having the same problem. It says it can connect, but it has status code errors. It doesn't let me get online with the cable through my laptop.

Yes hence me saying laptop/PC.

Can you link me to a video because I don't think its possible if my PC dosen't have wireless internet :/
