You will be able to play CoD on Low with 40ish FPS. You aren't going to get any good pre-builds with that price.

bro that pc isn't as great as it seems. I like the processor but the graphics card is always first priority when it comes to gaming, and your graphic card is horrible, you wont be able to play battlefield 4 unfortunately. I suggest searching for a pc or whatever device with a powerful graphics card. graphic cards are first priority because you want to play a game with a high fps (50 is good, 25minimum). anyways, good luck mate!
