15 seconds for a 3CE is a little short, I'd expect 15 seconds for a one-clip edit.
The syncing is well done, but maybe try a little variety next time, instead of having the same effect and same CC for every kill, such as death cinematics, transitions, etc. It's not a bad edit, the clips are good, the editing is smooth, but it lacks in the variety department. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with this edit.
