I'll try to say this without sounding like too much of a d*ck.
Extinction is easy, plain and simple, with a good enough team, it's hardly a monumental achievement to finish it and escape. I'm not the best player in the world, I just have common sense and a LOT of experience, so after a couple of games I knew where a lot of the scavenge spots were, which role to play, what to upgrade (especially ranking up this fast with the double XP) and in a few games I prestiged...
What I can't get my head round is people who fail the FIRST CHALLENGE at the first hive. Whether it be 'take no damage' or 'use knives only' it doesn't matter. If it's 'take no damage', sit back. If it's 'use knives only' then USE YOUR KNIFE. The entire team benefits from something so simple and easy... I know sometimes they might be a beginner and that's understandable, but when I see 2nd prestige people doing the same thing and failing it's proper infuriating.
I don't normally care about this sort of thing but I just leave games as soon as they fail now, it pretty much dictates how the rest of the game is going to go...

Its annoys me so much when stupid people cant read the challenge, If they fail the first challenge, I leave, that one skill point could help.

i can't stand it, the only ones that are almost acceptable to fail are the accuracy challenges, they're difficult (unless you've got a solid team).

Agreed, I can't get 2 games in a row without getting that skill point in a public match, same with the spending and reloading challenge. they are simple 'rules' to follow.

Once me and my friends discovered the strategy that worked the best for us, We beat it every time we play.
That's exactly why I can't play with randoms. Challenges mean everything. The faster you can upgrade what you need, the better.

ive failed it once to be honest but because the entire team has the do less damage relic on, but besides that I agree with you 100%
