Stock up with resources as soon as possible, get as many people with me as possible and fortify a house/warehouse/building. Assign jobs to everyone and EVERYONE must contribute something.

Pretty much it, other than survive.

Personally I would try to stock up on as much non-perishable food and weapons/ammo as I could.

Get a bunch of neighbors and family members and go to a supermarket with a roof where we can
stay there away from zombies and when we want food go to the floors in building and stock up on supplies and survive.

Go to a costco/walmart and make my stonghold in there with people that could be trusted.

Well my friend who is very young has got a mini gun (airsoft) so i wud steal his mini gun and go to the nearest store

Well i'm on FT. Hood. I'd take an MATV and go pick up some friends, take my issued M4 and go someone rural.
