... is from a incorrect server setup or internet connection problem, normally. You wouldn't be banned from being in a money lobby. The worst I've heard happening from going into a lobby was getting Bad Sport and a cash reset. The bans go to people that host.

Then what could it be? Is it just there server is messed up?

Just to check, try this:

- Restart your modem/router
- While your modem/router restarts, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- Restart your Xbox and try reconnecting. You'll have to download the 1.07 patch again, but this should eliminate anything you could have done to give the errors.

Nope, still online. Then again, I'm PS3.

Going into a money lobby isn't modding anything. The first time I got into one was by mistake. Now I have the ability to host lobbies but I don't do it publicly. I still wouldn't be surprised if I got BS/Suspended/Banned. I don't believe Rockstar is banning anyone for something they can't control... then again there are a HUGE amount of lobby hosting advertisements here. I can only imagine where else they are.

While I doubt it, it is entirely possible.

i just tried this and it doesn't work? Anything else? I never hosted mods the guys only gave me money. I don't know what to do

Do you have another Gold account you can test GTA: Online with? Get another account and try to play online with it. If it works then you know it's more than likely profile related.

Okay I'll try that now and see what the outcome is... I'll let you know
