It wont let me connect to Xbox LIVE though.

Yeah, computer, TI, sys 32, drivers, etc, then there is hosts 1kb file with nothing in it

i got the welcome message when I loaded up GTA, but my brother decides to reset the router. now when I enter the prod... address I get the 403 - forbidden: Access instead of the image. I have tried changing to server one but no luck.
