Legions are groups of players on the same side. Legions can make their own flag, have wolf companions, and control forts! Legions have the ability to create an alliance with one another. Alliances can allow trade of precious materials, like iron or coal, and provide military support.

Forts are used to proclaim that a legion has claimed an area. You need at least three forts in a biome to claim a biome. Scattered around the map are abandoned forts, usually in poor condition. Repair the fort to make it yours. A fort is required to have a legion flag on it.

Loners are players who chose to not be in a legion. Legions hire Loners with a material, such as food, to do certain things for them, including to harass other legions' forts.

Loners are not required to be loyal to a certain legion, and may/may not betray you.
