so im rank 61 and can only place bounty from lester and receive ammo fro Merryweather? can anyone help/explain this?

your save is probably corrupt or something.

go to your dashboard, system settings, memory, hover over all devices and press Y then click clear system cache

try visiting trevor on you map he comes up as a white T this happened to me and then when I went there they all started unlocking
