i just realized that my xbox one makes a noise by the fan when up close is that normal? or is my console defected?

if you have a xbox one put your ear close to the fan do u hear a noise?

fan noise is usual in most machines, so if you have to put your ear up to hear it then i would say its no pronblem

I sure hope you hear a fan, if not your console would over heat.

k just making sure cause my regular xbox never made fan noise but fan worked fine thanks guys.

Yes, having a fan in an electronic device is normal...
Its only irregular if you hear it from like 20 feet away and its super loud...
