There is none currently, but supposedly early 2014 we should start seeing them.

But you could take any headphones (or last gen headphones) out of the audio output of your tv, or even the optical output out of the console and get a optical to RCA and that will give you headphone audio, and you can mod the wired mic that comes with the console and add a mic input jack (I used the mic input off a old broken 360 controller). There's multiple tutorials on modding the mic on this very forum.

I think the best headset out right now is probably astro. Turtle beach is very comparable though. You won't be able to use chat through either headset unless you buy a xbox one chat adapter from somebody on ebay or make your own. The official adapters are supposed to be released in early 2014. Turtle beach is going to send the adapters out for free, not sure about astro.
