TTGWagers wrote Im sorry you need to get an education on computer parts before you come in here saying AMD Suck.
There the best bang for buck CPU'S And GPU'S Out there.
Infact the new AMD R9290X Is so good nvidia had to lower the price of the gtx780 as the amd could pass it in performance.
Plues you name a Nvidia GPU That can run BF4 Ultra at 40fps for $200 cause AMD has one.

The R9 290x is a good card, but the reference design and cooler suck. It can reach high temps easily.

The gigabyte version has 3 fans :p bet that stays cool

No it doesn't... The gigabyte 290x doesn't have 3 fans... The 270x and the 280x have three fans.

Wow,with that budget i wouldn't get that CPU and then that GPU.Also the RAM is pretty overkill.1600MHZ is fine. Also that case doesn't look very good and you can get better for your price. You can get a copy of windows 7 for $40 on Ebay.I will build you a better one for the price?
