To remove the mods on ps3 delete gta v and re install it
To remove the mods on xbox 360 unshare your network then clear your cache.

I deleted everything besides my gamesave and profile!!! still not loading im trying everything right now. i really dont wanna delete me gamesave.

If its talking about GTA V not being able to sync game files then you should check to make sure your ipv4 address in your hosts file is correct, mine changed and i had to edit it

No i will press play game and it would go to a black screen and then freeze my whole ps3. But I just deleted my install and 1.07 and now its installing right now.
