So ive been trying for the past week or so to find a working fifa 12 iso to play on my jtag. Unfortunately the only ones i can find are not regional free or pal (which i need). I finally found one which has downloaded successfully but the files are different from any usual iso, god or jtag rip.

They look something like this and i do not know what to do with them:

If anyone knows a reliable download source or can tell me what to actually do with these files it would be much appreciated and i would +rep in return. There are 72 in total and when copying it to my usb it says it will take 40mins and i am too frustrated to wait that long. I am only asking this as there is no default.xex etc to launch it from.

Also just wondering if someone could tell me this, could usa or copies from other regions play on my jtag which is technically a uk console.

Open up one of the files, you should find a .ISO file. Extract this to the desktop.
