If it's suppose to be a browser, there should be tabs of some sorts, an area to type a URL, settings of some sorts, viewport manipulating tools, etc... If this was a browser it would be the most uninteractive browser ever seen.. Simplicity is good in some form of art, but with web design "simplistic designing" must take in account user interaction. This could be considered a search engine design, I guess. Still, in regards to design, it's not very flattering.

It looks more like a search engine to me. But like everyone else said add more color, nice job tho.

For a start you need to learn how to spell and also, I know you want simplicity, but, it just looks like you got bored and stopped, for me not very good, look at web browser and see what they include and add a personal touch. "redisigned" and "incert"
