xInsidious wrote Are you retarded? All of your "key points" are complete BS.

1st point- Xbl is definitely not 120$. It can be bought for $50-$60 dollars, making it even with PS+.

2nd point- A complete opinion. Most of the time, Xbox gives out full games while Plastation gives you crap indie games or arcade games. Who cares if they're older if they're better

3rd point- FTP games aren't ok with Sony. Sony doesn't sponsor them or endorse them. In a FTP game, you connect to a game server. Not Sony or Microsoft. Sony hasn't said whether there will be FTP games yet, neither has MS.

I can see why you might want to make an opinionated video like this, but at least get your facts straight...

You should also consider getting your facts straight, I went on IGN to get a response for your 3rd point.

In an interview with Polygon, SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida confirmed that this would be the case before revealing that Sony Online Entertainment has already decided its MMOs won't require players to have a PS Plus subscription.

"As far as free-to-play games are concerned, its a publishers decision whether they put it inside or outside of the PlayStation Plus requirements," he said.

Free-to-play games for the PlayStation 4 that won't require you to have a PlayStation Plus subscription are currently confirmed to include DC Universe Online, PlanetSide 2, Blacklight: Retribution and Warframe.

So idk how you thought FTP games weren't ok with sony, when clearly they are.

You really should of looked at what games Playstation has given out for well over a year now because they have given out a lot more FULL games than Xbox has...

P.S. One of their free games for December is Borderlands 2 which is hardly a "crap indie game or arcade game"

Microsoft also has FTP games. Killer instinct and Project Spark are FTP games. And to be honest, most of those games SUCK. But that also might be because that picture starts in 2012.

You named two games and both are arcade level games... Go check out Planetside 2 or even warframe because they are much better and are actually considered FTP unlike the arcade games you mentioned... PS+ also gives away free games to members and those are not considered FTP but are free is you still have plus.

I sorry but you really loose all credibility when talking when you actually say that the games listed there are all junk and try to come back with listing two arcade games... Just do everyone a favor and get back to the Xbone section and do even the smallest amount of research before putting anymore uniformed posts in this section...

I like Planetside 2. But its made by Sony Online Entertainment, so its exclusive to PS4 and PC. I dont really like Warfame though. I simply posted that Killer Instinct and Project Spark are FTP because it shows that there is potential in more games becoming [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Also Killer Instinct is not really a full arcade game. Its kind of a mix.

I will admit though, that Planetside 2 is probably the best FTP game out, but in the video he makes it sound like only the PS4 has FTP games, which isn't true.

It's pretty funny how you completely changed your 2nd and 3rd point after getting called out but didn't acknowledge it at all... Not only that, you are still wrong on your 3rd point... If Sony didn't sponsor or endorse these FTP games why would they be console exclusives or even on the PS4 to begin with.....?

Sony does make some of the FTP games through their game studio (Sony Online Entertainment) an example is Planetside 2. But even then, Sony has left it up to game devs to decide whether they want the games to be FTP or through the online service. Both sides pretty much do the same, except most of the publishers that are Xbox games.

Microsoft personally doesn't really like FTP games because they follow profit maximization to the fullest. Maybe that's why they make so much money? I haven't quite gotten it yet, but I think they do it for unnoticeable things that they have (ex Better Security, Dedicated Servers) So Microsoft is greedier than Sony in the console war, but if you think about it from a business perspective, they're doing great... So that's probably why they don't really like FTP games...

But I changed my posts because I did a LOT of research.People continuously learn, so perspectives change. Just because I change my perspective on things doesn't mean i have to announce it or acknowledge it to everyone.. What do you want me to do, post a topic about how I changed my perspective on this one post?

It has nothing to do with a change of perspective... Your "facts" were wrong... End of story.
