So i am about to buy a Dual Nand Trinity for $150. However, the retail on the dual nand is banned. Is there any possible way to unban the retail or is it considered to be the exact same thing as an actual retail? Any help would be great, thanks.

Its basically the same as having a retail. You cant unban it. Im almost positive.

That would take out the point of the dual nand now. Wouldn't it? If the retail stock nand is banned, it's banned. You are not able to switch kvs out on retail or you will get Christmas lights.

Imo, it does take the point out of a dual nand, but i'm getting a good deal in it so i mean it's not too big of a problem.

No you can not unban its basically an RGH with banned retail side, i personally would take the demon off and put it on another console as them chips can be quite costly
