And I edited the tuneables, host file etc and linked xbox to computer via ethernet and run apache as admin, I get online and nothing happens? Help?

did you edit your hosts file?

EDIT: Woops, sorry. Skimmed over that. Didn't realize you had put that there. Try resetting everything, maybe turning skype off if that is on.
