It was probably reset because you have multiple accounts..

My account was hacked and I made a 2nd account to show proof and was fine. He's probably using a friends account to ask how to get back. Trust me I was there once, this is one of the only exceptions where being on another account is allowed.

Why would a TTG Senior do that? and where is your proof that he "hacked" you?
