I have done the money & xp mod myself. I've made over 160 billion dollars by holding up convenience stores and shared the wealth with some of my friends but now even after I disconnect my xbox from my laptop and back to my modem the mods still remain active. How do I disable it?

Delete the ips you put in your host files then turn on your firewall

You could try clearing system cache.
That's what most people have confirmed working.
