Simply load up Grand Theft Auto V, let it go to story mode and press start. Go to Online and start an invite only or solo session.

I believe the sharing feature is only for Window versions that are "Home Premium" or higher, not Starter.

Just load up GTA V into STORY MODE, and then press Start, go to Online and start an INVITE ONLY session or a solo session.
