If so, I'll troubleshoot now. I will confirm it's working for me and look over the tutorial again to see if I missed anything.

Please help, I did everything you said. But im confused by what you mean when you say "add a new line to the bottom of the file. PLEASE HELP!

It is working for someone else now.. Make sure you have no other lines in your hosts file that point to prod.cloud.rockstargames.com.. only the IP I've provided. confirm that your IP in that file is correct and double check you've completed each step correctly.
