I got a Money Hack but its not my fault i joined a random game and this person just started giving money out to all of the players in the lobby. Whats the Chance of me getting reset or Banned Etc.?

Well considering all the people claiming that they were reset I guess most, if not everyone, will be in a cheater pool.
However I'm not sure if by unlinking your account from R* social club could reduce your chance of a ban?

So this is my theory, if anyone is scared of getting banned from getting money from random public matches, just don't play GTA online for at least a week or if possible even longer because i'm sure rockstar is going through many reports from people that report each other, i mean how are they going to know if you got the money legit or not? the only way they can know who cheated or not is if they get reports from other players so that's why you shouldn't go online until the ban wave ends. Also un-linking your xbox or psn account from rockstar's social club might reduce the risk of a ban.

They can easily tell if the money was legit or not. They have the ability to look at all your past transactions. Not hard to tell when there is a +100m or +1b deposit and is obviously not legit. ALL STATS SAVE TO THEIR SERVERS! They can access their severs regardless of if you have your account linked to the social club or not. The only difference is people wont be able to see your stats and report you. Linked or not makes no difference to R* just other players.

Well all I can say is that if you host DNS lobbies you will most likely be Banned/Console Banned.. I was hosting them all last night for people, then went to the dashboard and it disconnected me from Xbox Live, tried signing back it and it said this console has been banned Due to Violations of Terms of Service! But hey it was fun while it lasted, now time to go play some Battlefield 4 on Xbox One

From what I can see their are a few things that will get you caught

1. Having over 1 Billion GTA $

2. Going over level 1000 by accident

Although I am not aware of other issues that can result in a ban. This happened to my friend, who was over level 1000. (He was banned, however after saying it was an accident and he was given it in a random lobby, he was un-banned.)

For anyone who is worried of being reset/banned/cheater pooled for receiving randoms gifts of money, don't be. Send a support ticket to Rockstar immediately, explaining your situation in great detail. Rockstar is not taking any action against any unwilling recipient of large amounts of cash.
