na it doesnt at all people just cant take losing to worse teams i play with my huddersfield team it plays no different when i play gold teams to other silver teams i win some lose some

how can i give people with worse teams handicap?

I think it does, if you score they kick off and get through your team like they are not there always happens to me.

But I am not sure.

YOU dont give it the game just automatically makes the other team slightly better than you to give them a chance. Most of the time you lose from it.
