On my PC, I have no idea how it happened as its only happened since i turned it on today, the explorer.exe process keeps crashing and restarting at random intervals and every time it does so, a process called rundll32 opens up...

Along with explorer crashing, it also does the same with internet explorer and google chrome. I am currently resorted to using Maxthon Cloud Browser.

I have ran an AVG Full Scan, Restored to 2 days ago when everything was fine, Ran another Full Scan on AVG and also a Full Scan on Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software. The only things from memory I remember installing over these few days are games/applications from the Humble Bundle which is a service that offers game bundles for cheap and raises money for charity so I can't see me getting anything from doing that.
