AMD FX-8350/8320 or Intel i5 4670k
Im mostly going to be gaming but i also want to be able to Stream/Record Gameplay.
i cant afford an i7 so please don't suggest that.

If you can afford it go with the i5 4670k,thats a really good CPU for gaming. If you are not going to OC just get the locked one.

Well it depends on your Budget, The 8320 is a great bang for buck CPU. The 8350 is slightly better but you could overclock the 8320 just to be as good. As for the i5 compared to these CPU's your best asking someone else. It worth to bear in mind the next gen console's use AMD CPU's so most next gen games will be optimized for it.

Ya as Hoop said go with the i5 if you can, its worth the extra money. + it works really well for gaming.

Well it depends on your Budget, The 8320 is a great bang for buck CPU. The 8350 is slightly better but you could overclock the 8320 just to be as good. As for the i5 compared to these CPU's your best asking someone else. It worth to bear in mind the next gen console's use AMD CPU's so most next gen games will be optimized for it.
I have around 750-800GBP for a build so i didn't know if the i5 and 8350/8320 had much of a difference because I would put the extra money on a better graphics card.

What about when mantle is released? will the 770 still be the better card?
Yes it will. The only cards that beat the 770 is a 780 and 290x and there just pure overkill. Its a brilliant card.
