so just put cod ghosts on my jtag obvs we cant go online yet but
will i already have the latest TU Or should i just update when i go online or
do i need to put it on offline way? WHERE Would i put it just came back to the modding scene

You can update the game TU when you go online.
Or
If you want to download it offline, you can use FD3 or go [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] download it, and move it to your console manually.
