1. Go to System Settings.

2. Choose Network Settings.

3. Choose Wired or Wireless Network.

4. Choose Configure.

5. Hit Manual.

6. Change DNS - Primary.

7. Enter: 199.101.103.67

THIS WILL BOOT YOU OFFLINE. Just sign back in.

8. Load GTAV Online.


You will now be able to...


Kill pedestrians for millions.

Set $2billion bounties.

Rank up with multiplied xp. (XP MOD)

Car upgrades and clothes will cost little to nothing.


Hope this helped!

*To revert this effect, follow the steps again and choose DNS - Automatic.

I'm happy someone posted this I saw a video on YouTube and did it it works amazing
( if u do the baggage glitch with this also you rank up twice as fast)

Yeah, the Baggage Handlers RP Glitch will get you from 1-300 in about 5 minutes.

I promise this thing is legit I did it earlier
The XP thing works by it doubles your Xp so everything u do is doubled
