Does anybody have the tuneables.json file that temporarily removes the bad sport/cheater pool so you can connect to friends ?

I have tried this method I am on PS3 and it has not worked for me I belive you have to change a value from true to false or false to true I am just unsure what it is that needs changing thanks though.
