There is much easier ways to mod, no need for computer

Go to the dashboard .
Go all the way over to system .
.Click on it then click on network settings .
Click on your wifi or cable .
Click configure network .
Go down one to DNS Settings, and click on it .
Switch it to manual, click on primary, and enter 199.101.103.67 .
Click done and sign back in once it signs you out .

When you want to remove the mod just do the same steps but insted of clicking on manual click auto on DNS. .

If you want to level up, play criminalrecords one lap by yourself and get 10-20 levels, if you want money also play criminalrecords.
To unload unwanted credits go to Pandacykles and buy bikes they cost alooooooooooot like 1 billion 100 billion and so on.
If you want to give money to your friends put a bounty on 2k on ..anybody and it goes up to 2billion.

Search for XP_multiplier with Shift F i think and then change to 99999 and you will level up ?
