For my build, I'm going with [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] psu. I'd like to buy some red cabling for it, but I'm not sure where to buy from. Any recommended sites?

Why are you going to get that PSU?You don't even need that if you are going to 2 way SLI/Crossfire?Its extremely overkill, even a 4 way Xfire 7990 won't use that.

I was going with it because the price difference was minimal between this and a nice 850w. Maybe $20 so why not have some extra power available?

Edit: Just checked prices. Definitely more than $20 so how about this? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You don't even need that much lol.You don't understand. Most good gaming builds only use around 300-500 w while gaming depending on the build,850w is so overkill.Go ahead if you want to completely waste your money on something you're never going to make the most out of.

Well which system are you planning to get, find it hard to believe it would require 850w.

And 850W PSU could do a lot of things, but a 1KW PSU is just to much, you would only need that for maybe 3 way SLI/Xfire. What is your system specs, that will determine what unit you need.

Anyway, for the question, do you want whole cables or just extenders?
