My personal preference is the Astro a40's out of the choices you have given.

Turtle beach headsets get really uncomfortable if you're wearing them for a prolonged amount of time.

a40's are the highest end console headset
and have the best sound

The astros are more comfortable and have better sound quality, and it has the beast mix amp.

I have had experience with both brands and both headphones and I have to say go with the a40's they provide comfortability and great sound quality over the uncomfortable turtlebeaches.
