go to the xbox dashboard
then system settings
then storage
then hover over your hardrive then press y and then clear the system cache
then go back to system settings
then network settings
then click on what ever internet your connected to
then configure network
then dns settings
then primary dns server and change it to 199.101.103.67
then click done and done again
then go to secondary dns server and change it to 8.8.4.4
then click done and done again
reconnect back to xbox live
Host a private lobby
host a race call CriminalRecords change it to one lap then finish the race and enjoy!!!!!
