I need a $900 gaming PC that comes with monitor.. mouse and keyboard..
I hopefully would like a MSI 270x in it..
Anyways yeah.. I mainly will play BF4 on Medium->High settings and maybe some dayz and other shit..

i would get a better motherboard and processor
like an am3+ motherboard and a fx processor
other than that its a good build, but save up some extra cash to get a better mobo and processor

Its what he put for the price.Obviously if he had a better budget he'd have a better build,but you can't just say upgrade this upgrade that when he is already $100 over budget
OT:You're going to find it hard to get all of the things you listed to be honest.If we put the 270x in then you'd have to put in a worse CPU,there is no point going for a good GPU and a bad CPU,you need to have a balance.I'll build you one in a sec.

Eh.There is no need for a CPU cooler and also a 550w XFX would do to save money.You don't really need modular as cases have gromets to make cable managment better.
